Drawn from the panchakarma process of Ayurveda, this Personal Purification Home Program is offered with group support and Myra's guidance.

Many people are experiencing aches, pains, and dis-ease as a result of accumulated toxins in the deeper tissues of the body. Most cleansing protocols only clear toxins from the digestive tract creating short term relief while toxins remain in the deeper tissues of the body. 

As with panchakarma, this home purification program breaks up toxins lodged in the deeper tissues, and then releases them through the digestive tract. Additionally, this program encourages the doshas back toward their optimal amount and proper location in the body, which will have you feel a greater sense of self. Personal purification is best done at the change of season, with the autumn change as the most powerful. Cleansing programs in very cold weather are not recommended.
